What Binds You? Accent Panel 4by ~zerodeficit

Traditional Art / Paintings / Abstract

This is 1 of four accent panels for this piece. This is acrylic on an 8x10 Canvas Panel

The final piece took over 30 hours to complete.

The center panel is a lock with chains. This symbolized being bound.

The 4 accent panels feature keys: Love, Money, Fame, and Power

I feel these are things that people associate with success. Though many of us work tirelessly in an effort to succeed and live these qualities, we miss the smaller things in life.

We search so hard for these things, that we often miss the actual opportunity to have them.

The total piece is 5 panels, but they have been photographed separaely to show detail, and the full piece is quite large.

I love your use of color. Everything is so bright. The lightening bold area is a little hard to see. Not sure if it is the painting it's self or if it is from the photograph.
